Hello! We are Mike and Emily, and we are “Lumber Jack and Jill.” Thanks for visiting our blog. It will serve as our way of sharing the news, stories, and general happenings of the tree service industry as well as an insight into our projects around Northern Colorado. We have been caring for trees in this area since 2006, and we are quite proud of the work we do. We love trees, and we love taking care of yours. We are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture which means we continuously learn how to be better arborists and therefore serve you (and your trees) better.

To get started, we’ll provide you with an overview of our services offered. There’s no job too small or too big for us. For routine landscape maintenance, we provide tree pruning, tree thinning, hedge management, stump grinding, shrub removal, brush pile removal, bush pruning, bush removal and safety pruning. Larger projects such as tree removal, hazardous tree removal, tree maintenance, and tree felling are quite fun projects; we enjoy keeping your space in line with your landscape visions while decreasing hazards.

Finally, there are lots of tips and tricks for you to follow to keep up with your tree maintenance throughout the year.
